Apple plans to argue that being forced to comply with an FBI court order to disable security features on an iPhone would infringe on the company’s First Amendment rights. Meanwhile, the company is reportedly promising to make its product harder to hack. Remember that this is the company who handed the Federal government information on 70 Apple devices from 2008-2015. This is just a case of a company trying to save suit to look loyal to their customer base. If I was sitting in that court room I would whistle blow the fuck out of Apple with the proper resources regarding those 70 devices. A company who has already handed the Feds information in the past. Has already proven to the American people that they do not care about your privacy rights. Keep your Apple devices knowing they have already spied on you thought helping the government in the past. Apple is just trying to cover up their history with this one phone. Saying they care about your right to privacy is just more smoke and mirrors from another multi billion dollar tech company, who is in bed with the Federal government and NSA.
