A federal judge late on Monday pushed pause on the FBI’s legal standoff with Apple, just a day before lawyers were set to deliver oral arguments in a California courtroom. Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym called off Tuesday’s hearing after the government declared investigators might be able to crack the phone on their own. "On Sunday, March 20, 2016, an outside party demonstrated to the FBI a possible method for unlocking [shooter Syed] Farook's iPhone,” the government said in a late Monday court filing. Oh great just what America needs an outside wanna be NGO, with the power to unlock the nations most secure mobile device. Whoever this party or person is the FBI is not discussing it, because more then likely the Feds will ask whoever this is for the tools they use if they can break into the phone. More then likely for whoever holds this power to unlock this device, pretty sure there will be an under the table bribery to get the hacking tools at the request of the FBI. The FBI will label this person as a hero if they do indeed have the tools to unlock it, but real Americans will know the government will only get the tools they need to destroy our rights to privacy.
