A federal appeals court has overturned a 2015 ruling prohibiting police from accessing citizens’ cell phone location data without a warrant, ruling that the Constitution allows the US government to obtain such records without a judge’s permission. The Fourth US Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia voted 12-3 that the Fourth Amendment permits the government to access cell-site location information (CSLI) without a court warrant. The Fourth Amendment ensures that “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated.” Well it's no longer a conspiracy theory anymore America, we now have proof that our Federal government want's to keep taps on ordinary everyday Americans 24/7. They will say this program is to hunt the terrorist, when previous programs have never caught a terrorist at all. You know like the government programs of the NSA, DHS, FBI, and the TSA crap we have to deal with at Americas airports. The scariest thing about this action is that this new law kills the 4th amendment. This means the US government now want's Americans no longer feeling secure in their person, which pretty much by passing this law the Federal government now considers every American as an enemy of our free thinking country... or what use to be. My fellow Americans our fourth amendment has been killed.
