A Republican lawmaker on Tuesday defended Donald Trump in the controversy over his remarks about a judge's ethnicity by saying accusations of racism could also be lodged against President Obama. "You can easily argue that the president of the United States is a racist with his policies and his rhetoric," Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.) said during an appearance on CNN's "At This Hour." "My purpose here isn't to just go through the list and call everyone a racist. I'm saying that we all can up our game with rhetoric and policy because America, we are a nation of immigrants, we are a melting pot," he added. The Republican accused Democrats of racial "microtargeting" in politics and policies, adding he didn't believe Trump considered himself to be of a "superior race." To call Obama a racist would make since, because the president has invited three racist groups to the White House in the last couple years of La Raza, Muslim Brotherhood, and Black Lives Matter. When white people achieve a great accomplishment Obama never invites them, but when your a Muslim boy and you claim to make a clock that your father built you instantly get invited. We should even go to stating that the whole of the Democratic party not just Obama is racist, because what have they done this whole time during the 2016 campaign? Democrats in Washington including Obama have all labeled Trumps rhetoric as being racist, when it's not racist at all Trump is just exposing who everyone truly is. To me the key in why Democrats label Trump as being racist, is due to the fact that he exposes everyone. Obama being a racist though would have to be close to an 80 percent chance of rain, due to him surrounding himself with those three groups I stated earlier.
