Children of all ages in Iowa would be able to lay down their toy guns and pick up the real thing under a bill that passed the state House of Representatives. The measure approved Tuesday by 62-36 vote would allow children 14 or younger to possess “a pistol, revolver or the ammunition” under parental supervision. It now heads for the state Senate. We should all be for kids with guns, as long as parents teach them the proper use of guns, and that the kids understand what can happen with guns if used improperly. Remember kids spend a a lot of alone time from their parents in the America of today. Due to parents long working hours or having to work more then one job. Kids should know how to properly defend themselves if need be. Well we can now add Iowa to the list of states you will never see Obama in ever again.
