The fate of Japan hung on a “paper-thin margin” due to the government’s inadequate performance and the unprofessionalism of TEPCO’s executives after the Fukushima nuclear meltdown in 2011, which almost caused the evacuation of 50 million people. Can't really say I feel sorry for Japan, as the dumbass who designed this nuclear power plant put it on a fault zone and high risk tsunami area. Whoever created this plant should probably be held responsible for the mass killing of Pacific Ocean marine life. By placing the plant in the tsunami heavy area, you killed off a lot of the worlds food supply. You think environmentalist would talk about this, but we never tend to hear anything from them discussing the effects this plant had on sea life alone. The only place you tend to hear such discussion is in alternative news sources. If Japan looks into replacing this power plant, you would think they would look into coal, wind, or natural gas type power plants. Then again when you have a nuclear power plant in comes the money. They will build another nuclear plant in it's place without thinking logically.
