US scientists have developed a brain-machine-interface (BMI) that enables monkeys to control a wheelchair with their minds. The study highlights new opportunities for the paralyzed. Researches from Duke University, North Carolina, have developed a device to interpret the brain’s cortical activity and produce wheelchair movements, their article in Nature reads. The gear was tested on two rhesus monkeys, implanted with a wireless neuron activity recorder. The simians were motivated by grapes. What they won't tell you is that device lodged into the monkeys brain is more then likely an RFID chip. Seems like they are trying to experiment on animals for the likely chance of putting mind control onto the masses. Remember the hats that the people at a Super Bowl a couple years back wore at the halftime show. I suggest you look it up.
