Nearly 71 years after an American bomber passed high above this Japanese city on a clear August morning for a mission that would alter history, President Obama paid a solemn visit here to offer respects to the victims of the world’s first deployed atomic bomb and the sacrifices of the U.S. troops that helped justify the act. Writing in the Hiroshima guest book, Obama called for the courage to “spread peace and pursue a world without nuclear weapons.” Obama, the first sitting U.S. commander-in-chief to visit Hiroshima, participated in a ceremony with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and laid a wreath at the cenotaph in the center of the park that marks the site of nuclear ground zero. What Obama is doing on his historic Asia trip: The president arrived in Japan for the Group of Seven summit, where the leaders of the seven advanced economies are meeting for two days. The president will also visit Hiroshima, the Japanese city where the United States dropped an atomic bomb in 1945. The president was greeted by Sunao Tsuboi, a survivor of Hiroshima who was a 20-year-old student at the time of the blast and is now head of the victims’ association. The president then gave brief remarks to the assembled audience, reflecting on his impressions of the site and the war that made it a global symbol of the destructiveness of nuclear weapons. Our president later stated that nations with nuclear weapons must loose their logic of fear. Why is the biggest globalist leader in Barack Obama telling all nations to loose their stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Possibly so the United Nations and it's minions don't have to deal with the possibility of well armed nations. We don't even know what beyond the stars have in store for us, we still yet have to find out if life exist elsewhere than Earth. If there is a plausible threat that is beyond our atmosphere, wouldn't you think it would be easier to overtake humans that don't have weapons that can destroy all. If other life exist out there, we have no idea what those possibilities could be. To tell the whole world to get rid of their nuclear weapons is simply beyond stupidity, when your unwilling to understand if or if not their could be a possible threat not of this Earth. Nuclear Weapons when dealing with things on Earth, simply are the number one prevention of all out war on Earth between nations. For after Hiroshima it showed the world what these weapons are capable of. If we were to get rid of nuclear weapons, every single war rhetoric between nations would turn into great war.
