Orlando police are refusing to release the 911 call that Omar Mateen placed the night he killed 49 people at Pulse nightclub, raising questions about the details revealed in his call. Alternet reports that the Orlando Police Department denied a Freedom of Information request made by the website’s Grayzone Project, which sought a transcript or audio recording of any calls made by the mass shooter that night. “The records being requested are exempt from disclosure at this time. Section 119.071(2)(c)1., Florida Statutes, exempts from disclosure all active criminal investigative information,” read the police department’s response. The statute doesn’t stop police from selectively releasing information that it chooses to, which in this case is limited to information about Mateen’s alleged ties to terrorist organizations. The Orlando police department since the shooting started, really seems like they don't know what they are doing at all in this situation. The one thing that should scream at us of them withholding this information, is screaming a cover up because this was an attack based in radical Islam. Or does this scream that the Obama administration is threatening the Orlando police if they let this phone call go out in the public. Refusing to release this information, is sounding like the Orlando shooting is starting to be covered up like 9/11. The mainstream media is now saying he attacked this club because he was upset with his own sexuality. Sorry folks Islamic Imams state that LGBT people must be killed for compassion of their crime. Bet anything they are covering up the fact that this terrorist act was carried out, because these people were gay and the shooter punished them for being gay by shooting them. Yup it's radical Islam, and this is what they are trying to cover up.
