A pro-gun control group has produced an online public service announcement, “Evan,” that is going viral thanks to a plot twist that occurs two-thirds of the way through. The PSA was produced by Sandy Hook Promise, a non-profit tied to several parents of children murdered in the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting. This video in particular is meant to encourage people to spot the possible “warning signs” of a school shooting, so that a potential shooter can be identified before they violently act out. The reception toward “Evan” isn’t immediately clear, as Sandy Hook Promise has disabled both ratings and comments on the video’s YouTube page. A couple of the major signs of this fake shooting include: The dad of a victim caught smiling in a news interview, Anderson Coopers nose dissapearing in a green screen set up, and the most major evidence of it being fake...Is that the school Sandy Hook itself was not in operation during the shooting. Sandy Hook to this day is the most exposed fake mass shooting event in American history, and the idiots involved still think America will fall for it by pushing this very bizarre almost creepy PSA ad.
