Donald Trump has chosen Indiana Gov. Mike Pence to be his running mate, he announced in a tweet Friday morning. The presumptive GOP presidential nominee originally planned to unveil his choice Friday morning in New York City, but he canceled the event after the deadly attack in France late Thursday.Trump will introduce Pence in his new role at a news conference Saturday morning, he said on Twitter. The Saturday event will be in Bedminster, N.J., according to CNN. Pence responded on Twitter 45 minutes after Trump’s tweet, writing: “Honored to join @realDonaldTrump and work to make America great again.” This is what Trump tweeted out today: I am pleased to announce that I have chosen Governor Mike Pence as my Vice Presidential running mate. News conference tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. This is an absolute excellent choice for Trump, because Pence has one of the best Conservative track records of all of Trumps possible choices. Pence has political experience at both the Federal level and state level in his political file. The state of Indiana alone was turned into one of very few success stories in the United States, during a time of extreme job loss and economic turmoil. To this day the state of Indiana's unemployment rate is around 5 percent, not the 20 plus percent like we see across America today. So if Trump wants America to land million of jobs, Pence has one of the best experiences in that department. Now Pence did vote for the Iraq war, but we don't have to worry about that because Trump said he would only go to war with a Declaration of War from Congress. All you have to do is look at Indiana's track record over the last 4 years, and you will notice that Pence is the perfect choice for a Trump administration. Before everyone freaks out over this, know that Pence has a record of telling the Obama administration no to every single one of the White House agendas. Pence ended common core in Indiana, so prepare for common core to be ended on a national level also.
