The manhunt for the attacker, who has not yet been identified, is still underway, Soylu adds, as police believe he carried out the attack alone. Provincial Gov. Vasip Sahin has described the incident as a terrorist attack. "A terrorist with a long-range weapon ... brutally and savagely carried out this incident by firing bullets on innocent people who were there solely to celebrate the New Year and have fun," Sahin told reporters.
Does anyone remember this New Years Day 2017 terrorist attack in Istanbul, Turkey...Well this was the last time terrorism struck Turkey and none have occurred since then. Now I know that the Manchester bombing just took place and that's what everyone seems to be talking about, but I honestly think Turkey not having terrorist attacks since the passing of their Constitutional Referendum is the bigger problem.
There has to be a major connection to ISIS and Turkey, because this sudden stoppage of terrorism in Turkey after Erdogan's referendum victory has become very questionable...Because before the referendum it was almost like terrorism struck Turkey every week but when Erdogan got what he want they have come to a complete stoppage in Turkey. Erdogan's whole program is to build up an Islamic caliphate throughout the middle east and most of Europe, and the Ottoman empire was pretty much a 700 year long Islamic caliphate...And the fact that Turkey is now the new Ottoman Empire after Referendum and no terrorist attacks have occurred in Turkey since...Should raise everyone's eyebrows on ISIS inspired attacks in Europe and their likely connection to rebuilding the Ottoman Empire through Turkey.
