It’s not clear who took the notes, but they are dated Jan. 25, 2017, and list attendees from the FBI as well as the DOJ National Security Division and the Office of the Deputy Attorney General. The participants talked about the Flynn case, but not about anything related to collusion. Instead, they were discussing the Logan Act, an 18th century law that prohibits private citizens from conducting unsanctioned diplomacy with foreign states. Nobody has been successfully prosecuted under the statute. The last time prosecutors even tried was in 1852.
We are now seeing evidence that exculpatory evidence that details General Flynn's innocence in his case against Sullivan has now been released, as new FBI notes detail General Flynn's 2017 FBI interview wasn't even related to Mueller's Russia probe. These FBI notes pretty much show all of us now that the Flynn 2017 FBI interview was not based on the Russia investigation to begin with, as indicated by newly released FBI notes from an FBI lawyer the day after the 2017 FBI Flynn interview.
General Flynn's lawyer's now have another key piece of evidence to justify the removal of Clinton appointed Federal Judge Sullivan from Flynn's case, on top of declassified documents from the DNI that it was the Clinton campaign that created the Trump/Russia hoax where Obama was even briefed by Brennan on the Clinton campaign plan to target Trump with the Trump/Russia hoax. General Flynn is totally innocent and an obvious victim of a seditious conspiracy plot that came out of the Clinton campaign for 2016, and now we find out General Flynn's 2017 FBI interview had nothing to do with the Russia hoax...The investigation Mueller and his team had no legal justification to handle.
