President Barack Obama called for a series of international agreements to regulate activity on the Internet, citing his preference not to start an arms race in cyberspace.“What we cannot do is have a situation in which suddenly this becomes the Wild, Wild West,” President Obama said during a press conference in China on Monday after the G-20 Summit, referring to every country using the Internet as they wished, including using it to hack into other countries’ data. Obama asserted, however, that America was winning the Internet battle, despite repeated hacks into the data controlled by the United States. Obama just spoke these words ahead of the UN garnishing control of the internet at midnight on September, 30 2016. This is likely the sign of what is in the plans of the United Nations once they gain control of the internet this month, which would likely mean ending all whistleblowers and activist hackers on the web...Like Wikileaks and Edward Snowden just to name a couple. Will this lead to free speech restrictions on the web if it's based in conservative views...Very likely. Remember the internet is free speech for everyone around the world due to America controlling the power of the net, which only will last for 30 more days. So when power is handed over to likely the UN controlling the web, don't expect things like Wikileaks, DNC leaks, or Edward Snowden's to remain online. Weird thing is the Federal government under the Obama administration didn't give up our internet power until the DNC, Hillary, and George Soros leaks that we have gotten use to in the last couple of months.
