The guards on Epstein’s unit are suspected of failing to check on him every half hour, as required, and of fabricating log entries to show they had. As part of the proposed plea deal, prosecutors wanted the guards to admit they falsified the prison records, according to the people familiar with the matter. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not permitted to publicly discuss the investigation. The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan had no comment on the plea offer. Both guards were working overtime because of staffing shortages. They have been placed on administrative leave while the FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general investigate the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death. The 66-year-old had been awaiting trial on charges of sexually abusing teenage girls.
In a very interesting update on the Jeffrey Epstein situation after his questionable suicide where injuries are more consistent with homicide, the guards overlooking Epstein before his "death" have denied a plea deal from Federal prosecutors. Eventually when it comes to the Jeffrey Epstein case we are going to find out who is truly behind the death of Jeffrey Epstein and it will not be Epstein, and eventually everyone in Epstein's network will be named.
With Federal prison guards who were overlooking Epstein this plea deal gets interesting, because it looks like prison guards overlooking Epstein were suppose to check on Epstein's condition every 30 minutes...Which screams that someone killed Epstein when these prison guards were not looking. We already know Epstein's injuries are consistent with homicide. Maybe with prison guards turning down this deal, they possibly have major information on what led to Epstein's death before he stood trial.
