USA Today reported: A federal judge Friday dismissed most of a civil-rights lawsuit against former Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. over an incident at Milwaukee’s airport last year. But a claim that Clarke retaliated on Facebook for Daniel Black’s exercise of his First Amendment right to shake his head at Clarke survives, and is now set for trial Jan. 22. Black later posted on social media about the incident and filed a complaint with the county. Clarke responded on social media by calling Black a “Snowflake.”
America I think this is just proof how silly the American justice system truly is, because Sheriff Clarke is simply going to court over calling someone a snowflake. It's really time to be honest with ourselves as Americans just how screwed up the American justice system is, if you can be sent to court for simply calling someone a snowflake.
Now I would expect something like this in Europe, but this just shows you how weak the American Left is...If you can now be taken to court over calling someone a snowflake. We have a major pedo problem in America, a major drug crisis, and top US officials and politicians who have committed treason against the United States...But calling someone a snowflake is now a bigger offense.
