There is a nuclear power plant in Houston in the path of Harvey

From The Statesman.com The massive nuclear power plant on the Texas Gulf Coast, the South Texas Project, could shut down as Hurricane Harvey approaches with wind speeds topping 100 mph. “We're in planning stages, we're in close coordination with county, state and federal agencies,” said Buddy Eller, the spokesman for the plant, which is co-owned by Austin Energy. Plant policy is to shut down the reactors when a storm’s sustained wind speeds exceed 74 mph, Eller said. Currently, he said that winds are only projected to hit 40 mph at the plant site.
But, Eller added, much remains in flux: the forecast could continue to shift, bringing stronger winds that could lead the shut down. On the flip side, Texas’s electrical grid operator, ERCOT, could ask the plant to remain online.  Both reactors are currently online and running at 100 percent.
Umm first of all why is there no alert for this, and why is this nuclear power plant in the Houston area still operating at 100 percent? If this plant is still operating at 100 percent we can have a major problem on our hands, and hopefully precautions have been made to shut this down since this report. Harvey is a very major hurricane, and if this plant should be in it's path sometime tonight then could have a major problem should Harvey decide to target this area. Let's all hope Harvey does nothing to this, and that 100 percent operation has ended tonight. Should any damage be done to this facility, we could have a very serious situation on our hands.
