The US Department of Justice will not appeal the 9th Circuit Court’s decision on staying the January travel ban affecting seven Muslim-majority countries. President Donald Trump will issue a new executive order instead, the DOJ said in a court filing."In so doing, the President will clear the way for immediately protecting the country rather than pursuing further, potentially time-consuming litigation," the Justice Department said in a brief filed with the 9th Circuit on Thursday, according to Reuters. Trump announced he would issue the new order during a press conference at the White House earlier in the day, adding it would be tailored to address “what I consider to be a very bad decision” by the court. “We can tailor the order to that decision and get just about everything, in some ways more,” he said. Well here it comes America President Trump will likely issue a new travel ban within the next forty eight hours, and don't expect the court system to be able to fight Trump on his upcoming ban order. After Federal judges blocked Trump's temporary ban on seven Muslim countries a few days back, a study proved Trump was right in his order where seventy-two Jihadi refugees from his seven banned majority Muslim nations have been arrested in America since 2001. Now if Trump is stating he will get the same thing in this new order and possibly more...Could we end up seeing nations like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in the new list? Now Trump said the new ban would come about a week ago, but adding a week of time before issuing the new travel ban, there will likely be nations that are known to support terrorism like Saudi Arabia to his new temporary travel ban. Now hopefully he put's what the courts cannot fight in his very soon to be signed new travel ban, where he will halt refugee influx into America at around 35,000...Which will mean this new travel ban could last till January 1, 2018.
